We must raise our voices for these children

Where we stand

To best help children, legislation and funding must support their needs.

Read our white paper to see how SB 1666 affects vulnerable children and to learn what still must be done to better protect children.

What's at risk?

Each year, services to Florida's children and families risk cuts during the budget process. Such cuts can be detrimental to children who have suffered - or are at risk of suffering - abuse or neglect. But we need more than funding - we need policy that supports top services for kids and families. We cannot risk children's lives or futures. To change child welfare, to change children's futures, we must change legislation - and we must prioritize funding for services that help and protect kids.
