403b retirement plan with company match

  • Company matches 50 percent of your contributions up to 10 percent of your annual salary
  • After you complete 10 years of service, company matches 75 percent of your contributions up to 10 percent of your annual salary
  • You become fully vested in company contributions after three years

Health Savings Account

  • Available to employees who choose to participate in a health plan that offers a Health Savings Account
  • Children's Home Society of Florida provides annual contributions of $750 for employee and employee/spouse coverage and $1000 for employee/child and family coverage
  • The contribution is distributed quarterly to the HSA accounts of eligible employees
